Well-being includes so many areas including feeling of happiness, health, nutrition, social connections, purposefulness in life.

Well-being is the experience we have of health, happiness, and prosperity. especially good mental health, high life satisfaction, a sense of meaning or purpose, and ability to manage stress. More generally, well-being is just feeling well.

It’s important to maintain a balance of all these areas, some of which are:

Nutrition, ensuring you eat well and healthily absorbing the right minerals and vitamins

Physical Well-Being. To improve the functioning of your body, physical care of your body through good exercise habits.

Emotional Well-Being. can be helped by practising stress-management techniques, resilience, and work to maintaining emotions that offer good feelings.

Workplace Well-Being. The ability to pursue your interests, values, and purpose in order to gain meaning, happiness, and enrichment professionally.

Social Well-Being. Communicating to develop meaningful relationships with others, and maintain a network that helps you keep a good sense of value. This extends to been part and helping the community, to better the culture, and environment
